Movement is always education

Joy is feeling my body connect to my brain more and more. I do a lot of purposeful movement work to keep this connection building – working out with my trainer, rock climbing, violin lessons, playing video games with Dad. I think my biggest bang for my buck, so to speak, is Judith’s Anat Baniel Method lessons at Uptown Studio.

Jude totally teaches my brain to make new connections, bigger purposeful pathways, and grow longer purposeful stamina. Jude’s lessons are non-invasive, gentle to my nervous system, and fun. I love our work together getting my brain to pay close attention to subtle differences it would otherwise overlook. Grounding and centering while joyfully changing my brain.
